TITLE: REBEL NOT AGAINST YOUR CREATOR 

KEY TEXT: “Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?” (Isaiah 45:9 KJV)

Man originally was created in the image and likeness of God, unlike every other creature, be it angels or the living creatures in heaven. God created man in such a way as to commune and have fellowship with him. It's unfortunate that man has never ceased to go the opposite of God’s command. Since the fall of man in the garden of Eden, man has always rebelled against God and undermined His sovereign power. Satan has succeeded in turning man that was perfect in holiness in the beginning, into a rebellious being, causing man to change from the glory of an incorruptible God to the image of corruptible man. Romans 1:22-23 KJV 

WHOSE ARE YOU NOW?:  After creation, God looked at everything He had created and it was good (Genesis 1:31). Today, God can hardly recognize His children. People bleaching, painting, and destroying the beautiful skin given to them by God. Women going in for medical procedures to increase the sizes of their sensitive organs in order to look sexually attractive in their destruction. Men and women turning themselves into transgender. All these are making a mockery of God's creative power and pushing him to unbearable anger. Romans 1:25-27 KJV 

MAN COULD BE HOLY STILL: It is written "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are”. Beloved in Christ, God remains God, and His power and authority remains unchallenged. No one mocks Him and goes unpunished, unless he or she repents and is purged in complete sanctification through the help of the Holy Spirit. Please repent from your sinful ways and be saved. Romans 12:1-2 KJV

Prayer: O Lord, have mercy on me for trying to recreate what you have already created perfectly. I repent today, purge me and grant me the grace to live for you in complete holiness and true righteousness all the days of my life; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
