TITLE: IT WILL END IN VICTORY

KEY TEXT: “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing” (Isaiah 10:27 KJV).

Any believer who thinks that problems, tribulations, temptations and other issues of life will not come near him or her because he or she is a Christian is only living in a dream world. It may interest you to know that Christians are bound to face hardships that the people of the world do not even know if they exist. The people of the world are to enjoy their world while it lasts, but not you, because you are not of the world. Do not expect the world to offer you what belongs to its children. Your citizenship is not of this world but of God, through Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1-5 KJV 

GOD KNOWS IT ALL: One thing is sure, and that is God will not allow the world and its problems to take His place and glory in your life. God might allow situations to come your way, but they will certainly end in His glory. You will not be pushed beyond where God has drawn the line. There is an end to whatever you are going through. God allowed it because He wants to glorify Himself in your life. Do not let anyone or the devil tell you that God has abandoned you, and do not let your heart think that everyone has forsaken you. There is more with you than you think; Heaven and He who created all things are with you. You will surely be victorious at last, to the glory of God. Deuteronomy 31:8 KJV 

YOU ARE A VICTOR: Are you genuinely born again and living for God's glory, yet you are going through situations that seem like there is no way out? Do not let your heart be troubled. You will come out of them strong and victorious, but remember, it is written: “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off,” (Proverbs 23:18 KJV). Now here comes the question: What is your expectation about that situation? You will only get what you expect. Do you expect God to be glorified in the end? Surely He will glorify Himself by giving you victory. Keep hope alive and strive on. You will surely smile very soon. Those who laughed at you will come to laugh with you. Keep yourself from every appearance of sin as you wait on God. Isaiah 41:10 KJV 

PRAYER: My God and my Father, have mercy and forgive me for ever thinking you have abandoned me in my situation. I surrender to your will, believing that you will take your glory in my life at the end by giving me victory, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee” (Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV).
