Title: YOU CANNOT BRIBE YOUR WAY INTO HEAVEN

 Key Text: Luke 8:17 KJV - For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.

God is not a man one could play hypocritical games with. You can manipulate others (as men could easily be manipulated) but not God. This is enough for everyone to fear God and be in total submission to His authority. God does not need one's credentials or long list of achievements in life to know who he or she is. One does not need to practice how he or she will introduce himself or herself when he or she comes before God. Everyone will be introduced to himself or herself by God who knows all things. Psalm 139:2-3 KJV

God Knows You More than You Think You Know Yourself: Man has limitations on how far he can know about himself. Man is still very limited, even with the high level of technological advancement in the world today. God knows the ins and outs of everyone, even the number of hair strands on one's head. As such, living to be praised by men and covering up sin and iniquity is gross foolishness. One could hide his or her sin from men, but definitely not from God and His holy angels. Psalm 11:4 KJV

Man's Most Hidden Secret Is Wide Open to God: One might succeed in covering up his or her sins or wrongdoings to prevent shame or punishment, but greater shame, humiliation, and everlasting punishment awaits such a person in a place where no one can defend him or her. Are you a man or woman of God, and all your members are singing your praise in all your filthiness and iniquity? Are you claiming to be born again while wallowing in immorality? You may cover your shameful nakedness before men, but mind you, it will be exposed someday before the judgment seat of Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV

Prayer: O Lord, my God, have mercy upon your children who are hiding their sins, thinking no one is seeing them. Open their eyes to see what awaits them, so that they will fear, confess, and forsake their sins, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do" (Hebrews 4:13 KJV).
