TITLE: DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER HEAVEN YOU ARE GOING TO?

KEY TEXT: Luke 13:24 KJV - Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

I do ask myself questions about my kingdom preparedness. "How prepared am I?", is the question I mostly ask myself. What would make me not to ask this question is if I have not studied the Bible to know how those who made it to heaven strove very hard. I have read about the apostles of Jesus Christ and their followers, and how they did everything to make sure their ways were pleasing to God in order to win the crown of glory. Now, I am asking you beloved in Christ: How prepared are you, and which heaven can you enter with such preparation? Matthew 24:44 KJV 

GRACE IS GIVEN TO STRIVE THROUGH: I cry in my spirit whenever I hear believers talking about being under grace. It is unfortunate that believers have misinterpreted the power of grace. Many think one does not need to do any work at all to enter God's Kingdom. To them, one needs to only believe in the name of Jesus Christ, and heaven is sure. The same Jesus Christ they believe in said we should strive to enter, because many will seek to enter but will not be able. Do believers understand the meaning of STRIVE? It is like one fighting his or her way into heaven. One must be ready and willing to strive against sin, self, and Satan to enter God's Kingdom. 1 Corinthians 6:9 KJV

THEY WERE THE FIRST FRUIT OF GRACE: The apostles and their followers were the first fruit of grace through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. These were a set of believers who would have made up excuses to relax and walk into heaven, but with all they had in Christ, they fought their way tirelessly into heaven. They strove against sin and the forces of darkness all their lives. No wonder apostle Paul could finally say that he had fought the good fight of faith, which means he was always putting his faith to work, as James said faith without works is dead (James 2:14). So, which heaven are you going to with your laziness, worldliness, and unrepentant heart? Certainly not the holy heaven of God. Please, repent of your sins and embrace all round holiness in the fear of God. 1 Peter 1:14-16 KJV

PRAYER: O Lord God, please have mercy on me in any way I have been thinking I could live my life the way I wish and still enter your Kingdom. I repent of my sins and receive the grace to strive in holiness till the end of time, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen. 

REFLECTION: "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force" (Matthew 11:12 KJV).
