Topic: Moses, the Israelites, And the Promised Land.
Key Text: Numbers 27:14 KJV - For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.

The agreement and contract Jehovah God entered with Moses were to save His children from bondage in the land of Egypt and lead them to the Promised Land. Although freeing them from bondage was important to God, leading them to the Promised Land was of utmost importance. With God’s help, Moses saved His people from bondage. Exodus 4:1-31 KJV 

The Selfish And Stubborn Congregation: Even though Moses liberated the people, they ruined his opportunity to enter the Promised Land because of their stubbornness and faithless attitude. The people never cared about Moses but themselves. They always demanded but never gave. They always cried and murmured, but were never a praying congregation. Deuteronomy 6:23 KJV 

Many Moses' Never Saw the Promised Land: A majority of men and women of God who started well later became the enemies of God because of the demands of people; sadly, they satisfied the people to their own detriment. Unfortunately, the men and women of God who lived for men's praise are in hell. We are in a dispensation of lazy, selfish, stubborn, and unbelieving believers who want to send their "Moses" to hell. It's the choice of every Moses to either please the people or God. Acts 10:34-35 KJV 

Prayer: I refuse to break my divine contract with God just to please people, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: And the LORD said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel. And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered. Numbers 27:12-13 KJV
