Topic: Take Heed Before It's Too Late
Key Text: Matthew 24:4 KJV - And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

When Jesus Christ in His manifold wisdom and mercy told us to take heed, what was He really talking about? He simply told us to guard and protect our minds; to regard with care; to take notice of; to attend to; to observe; to pay attention to all He has taught us while He was yet with humanity on earth. There was nothing that could profit man on earth that would lead Him into the Kingdom of God that Jesus Christ did not tell humanity before He left for His throne of glory, after paying for the sins He never committed. Mark 13:23 KJV 

You Have Freedom Of Choice: The same grace that was given to the saints in heaven was given to all of mankind. Our choices will determine where we are heading. As we are free to make any choice, so also we're free to end up where we desire. Take heed to my word, you cannot make the choice to work for Satan on earth and expect to rest with God in heaven. You cannot work for company A and expect company B to pay for your salary. Galatians 6:7 KJV 

You Are Warned To Take Heed: You have the power in you to resist deception from those who call themselves men and women of God but are agents of Satan. You have the Word and Spirit of God available for you to always consult at all times before accepting any suggestion. Remember, Satan would never force anyone to do his will; he can only suggest and it's in your power to say "NO" to him or agree with him. One would fall to Satan's deception if not genuinely born again. Deuteronomy 11:16 KJV  

Prayer: O Lord, grant me the unwavering grace to always take heed to your Word in all that I do, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.
 
Reflection: THEREFORE WE ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. Hebrews 2:1 KJV
