Topic: Are You A Sincere Christian?
Key Text: Psalms 12:2 KJV - They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.

I lament for the Muslims and the people of the world because of the kind of heart and mind a majority of them possess; their sincerity and truthfulness is worthy of emulation. But what does that profit them without Jesus Christ in their lives? They are sincerely going to hellfire if they die without Christ in them. What about those who say they are born again, especially most believers in Africa, Nigerians in particular. Sincerity is a taboo to most Christians; most pastors are not sincere to themselves, not to think of being sincere to God or their fellow man. Proverbs 27:19 KJV

It's Really Painful: It's so painful and heartbreaking to understand that one cannot even trust his or her fellow believer. Most believers are worse than a serpent. They can bite you when you least expected. They lie over everything to gain anything. They forgot they once confessed Jesus Christ, especially when it comes to the area of money and position. No wonder Jesus Christ said that people will come from far and enter the Kingdom of God, but the children of the Kingdom shall be left behind. Matthew 8:11-12 KJV 

The Sincerity Test: My beloved in Christ, the first test for a true born again believer is the test of sincerity. Sincerity is demanded in all that we do. Some couples don't even trust themselves; they lie to each other to hide their shame thinking they are wise. The same applies to some so-called men of god, including those they are working with. Most unbelievers in Europe are more sincere compared to most believers in Africa, who profess to be born again Christians. What a shame! We all must work on ourselves, else there will be surprises when we meet with the Lord Jesus Christ. Matthew 7:21-23 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, have mercy on me in any way I have been walking with you and my fellow human being with an insincere mind and foolish human crafty wisdom. Create in me a sincere mind of Jesus Christ, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. Psalm 24:3-4 KJV
