Topic: Take A Closer Look At Your Life Again
Key Text: 2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV - Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Apostle Paul gave a very wise and important advice to all the believers to examine themselves to see whether they're in the faith. Many professing believers are not actually born again, nor are they in the faith. Most have fallen, thinking they are still in the faith. Many have had their names removed from the Book of Life unknowingly, but they're still acting as Christians, even when the gate of hellfire is wide open for the careless souls and sinners. Many feel too big or too important to examine themselves and make amendments if found wanting. 1 Corinthians 10:12 KJV

Don't Joke With Your Salvation: Most believers don't understand that it's easier for one to lose his or her salvation than to receive it. Those little things that one takes to be nothing can make one lose his or her salvation. You have heard of little foxes that spoil the vine. One thing some believers fail to understand is that where big sin would take one to is the same place it will take those with little undermined sins. Learn to examine your stand with God every time. Pride Has Sent So Many Believers To Hellfire: I wonder if some believers actually know what hellfire is, or if some believers actually love Jesus Christ as they profess. If one knows the pain in hellfire or actually loves Jesus Christ, he or she would do everything to stay clean or learn to ask for mercy all the time openly and secretly. But some believers, especially the men and women of God, are too proud to admit their wrongs or confess before their congregations. Please examine yourself daily, and surrender to Jesus Christ if you are not born again. Proverbs 16:18 KJV

Prayer: O Lord, please search me all the time to know where I am missing it. Grant me the grace to examine myself and to beg for mercy openly or secretly if found wanting, in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen.
