Topic: Are You Not Like The Foolish Virgins?
Key Text: Matthew 25:2 KJV - And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

You and I are not to lose sight of the reality of things happening around us and be lost forever. The Word of God was given to humanity, so that we can relate what is happening around us to the Scriptures and know how to position ourselves and act accordingly. The Word of God says, "For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." Romans 15:4 KJV 

You're Yet To Be Known By The Master: Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Himself said that truly there were ten virgins selected and recognized by all, but they were yet to be known by the Master who was the Bridegroom. On earth, they're yet to be known by the Master until they make it into heaven. Hence, it is written, ''He answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not'' (Matthew 25:12). The foolish virgins were depending on the oil of others to their own detriment and they were disappointed. Matthew 25:8 KJV 

Born Again But Foolish: Even when Jesus Christ has told us about the sad end of the five foolish virgins, so many believers are still very foolish and adamant to correct themselves. Some totally lack the life of God, which is the true Word of God and they depend on the pampering, sweet words of their soul traders (false preachers). Beloved, are you running away from the undiluted Word of God? Your foolishness will soon find you out if you don't change your ways. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, as it has pleased you to separate me from the world, please take away every form of foolishness from me; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Galatians 3:3 KJV
