Topic: Loving Unto Damnation                                                      
Key Text: John 12:25 KJV - He that loveth his life shall ose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

No wonder the Bible says a carnal man cannot understand the things of the spirit. The first place the word "love" was mentioned was in the Word of God and from the mouth of God. Knowing that God is a spirit, which means everything about Him is spiritual. Hence, the word love is a spiritual word, which cannot be handled by a carnal man. Everyone talks about love, but not everyone knows love. Only a very few people do, because love cannot exist outside genuine salvation.

Satan's Deception: How could humanity be so deceived by the devil? The worldly version of love is actually a self-destructive action. You would see a man committing adultery with a woman, and telling her that he loves her so much, and fornicators telling themselves they love each other. How could one be sending his own soul to hellfire and be mentioning love? Mark 8:35 KJV 

So many people took love to mean just giving and receiving gifts. They forgot even Satan could also give out gifts. Does it mean Satan can love anyone? No! Many believers are being deceived by gifts. Anyone giving you gifts and not concerned about your salvation, hates you. If all you do is how to make yourself happy with the material things of this world, you are heading for doom if you don't repent and embrace Jesus Christ, the only source of genuine love. John 3:16 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, deliver me from Satan and the worldly version of love that leads to eternal condemnation; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
