Topic: Saved But Not Qualified
Key Text: Philippians 2:12 KJV - Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Today, many Christians could boldly say they are saved, but how many can boldly say they are qualified for heaven or the rapture? There are many churches here and there, believers everywhere carrying Bible and professing Christ, all kinds of miracles being performed, etc. All these are done in the name of Jesus Christ, but how many are true and genuine? Matthew 7:21-23 KJV 

Pause And Have A Rethink: Have you gone for a spiritual checkup since the last time you confessed Christ as personal Lord and Saviour? How faithful have you been in your walk with Him? Are you sure you could make it into heaven in your present state? Can Christ look down from heaven and call you His very own in whom He is well pleased? Galatians 4:6-9 KJV 

Work Out Your Own Salvation: It is written, "Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able" (Luke 13:24). Let us search ourselves, repent and seek for the grace to strive for perfection, spiritual growth, and maturity, holding on to the truth in the Word of God in complete holiness and righteousness. Matthew 11:12 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord, please deliver me in any way I have dropped my garment of salvation thinking I am still standing. Grant me the grace and strength to run this race fervently till the end; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Revelation 22:12-13 KJV
