Topic: SELF BETRAYAL?
Key Text: Luke 22:48 KJV - But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

What would our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ say about you when you shall meet him face to face? I hope you have not forgotten that you will surely present yourself before Him? Judas Iscariot thought he was smart and was helping himself when he made union with the high priest and the Jewish leaders to betray his Master with thirty pieces of silver. He never knew he was betraying his own right of eternity in heaven. Psalm 41:9 KJV 

What Would Make You Sell Your Right To Eternal Life? Majority of the supposed men and women of God are happily enjoying the proceeds of the price of their souls given to Satan cheaply. They gave up their salvation and their right to eternity for the perishable things of this world e.g. money, car, jet, fame and other irrelevant things of this world. Unfortunately, all these have taken the place of Christ in the lives of so many believers. Revelation 3:11 KJV 

Your Salvation Is Free But Costly: There's no amount of money or possessions on earth that can buy a soul, or give salvation; only the Blood of Jesus Christ can offer salvation; and his blood is never for sale. Are you looking for anything at the expense of your soul? Have a rethink; for you will not like to experience what Judas Iscariot is experiencing in hellfire. Hold onto your salvation. Do not sell it for anything. Acts 4:12 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, have mercy on me if I have betrayed my soul unknowingly for the perishable things of this world; restore and grant me the grace to hold on; in holiness and true righteousness till I meet you in glory; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen. 

Reflection: For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Mark 8:36 KJV
