Topic: THE BLIND AND WRETCHED CHURCH 
Key Text: Revelation 3:17 KJV - Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.

Wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked were the adjectives our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ used to qualify the church of the Laodicean. They were neither cold nor hot. They exhibited their riches amongst themselves. Physically, they were in need of nothing, like the so-called mega-churches who have all kinds of colour lights inside the church making it look like a nightclub. The Laodicean church was materially self-sufficient.  All these worldliness does not please God. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 KJV 

Today, the majority of the churches are financially buoyant, materially satisfied, have lots of earthly possessions, are self-sufficient, and are full of themselves. The general overseers and their devourers who they call co-pastors are living in affluence. They raise their blood guilty hands without fear or shame in their hearts. They look wealthy, but He that measures all things say they are wretched and miserable. Philippians 3:18-20 KJV 

The Laodicean church was neither for God nor Satan. Like most modern churches, they pretend to be for Jesus Christ before their blind and gullible congregations; but they are of the devil. They trade and sell the souls of their members for money. The Laodicean church has long been gone; yet, reaping what they sowed. The end of all the evil churches would come to an end while Jesus Christ would reign forever. You have a choice to make; either to be punished with them or to flee from them. Revelation 3:20 KJV 

Prayer: O Lord my God, deliver the people you were betrayed, suffered, died and resurrected for, out of the hands of the enemies of the cross and holiness; in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.

Reflection: For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26 KJV
