Topic: GIVE YOUR LIFE A MEANING 
Key Text: Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV - Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this [is] the whole [duty] of man.

The rich man in the parable of Jesus Christ in Luke 16: 19-31 thought he was actually living a meaningful life because he was rich. Indeed, he was an enviable man who many would strongly  desire to meet with at all cost. He had the best life could offer a man; his dogs fed better than Lazarus who was eating crumbs from his table but never knew he was a complete waste. Romans 1:22 KJV 

He realised that he was a waste immediately he got into hellfire. His wastefulness was made known to him by the demons, burning liquid fire and the horrible worms that never die; but, it was too late for him. Today, so many people are living a wasted life unknown to them; though they are rich, highly educated, renowned business men and women, children of high class parents. All of these are outside Jesus Christ. Mark 8:36 KJV 

Majority of people are not aware that any life lived outside the Giver of it is a waste. Unfortunately, lots of people are living their lives without the Owner. How painful it would be for one to walk into eternity to realise he or she was a complete waste on earth with all the achievements. My dear reader, are you born again and living for Jesus Christ? Do so now if your answer is No before it's  too late for you. John 3:18 KJV 

Prayer: I refuse to live a wasted life. Father, grant me the grace to live for you alone in Jesus Christ mighty name; amen.

Reflection: And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. Luke 12:15 KJV
